You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including to learn about our business, contact us, request information or services, or use other features we make available.

You may not:

• interfere with the Website's operation, availability, or security;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• introduce malware or other harmful code;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
• submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive material;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means in a manner that violates applicable law, bypasses access controls, or places an unreasonable burden on the Website; or
• use the Website to violate the rights of the Company or any other person.

2. Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. We may update, correct, remove, or change content without notice. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, Website content may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors.

Information on the Website does not create a professional, fiduciary, employment, agency, or other special relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

3. Service Requests, Appointments, and Estimates

Submitting a contact form, appointment request, quote request, estimate request, photograph, file, or other information does not create a binding contract, guarantee an appointment, establish a final price, reserve availability, or obligate us to provide services.

Any price, estimate, availability, completion time, promotion, warranty information, financing information, insurance-related information, or service description shown on the Website is subject to confirmation, inspection when applicable, availability, and the terms of any separate written agreement.

We may accept or decline a request in our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Information and Materials You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information and materials you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide any text, photographs, screenshots, documents, or other files you submit and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

You give us a limited, nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise process submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate or provide requested services, operate and secure the Website, investigate an accessibility issue, comply with law, or otherwise use the materials as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general Website form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and use Website content for legitimate purposes related to evaluating or obtaining our services. No other right or license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Website content without permission from the applicable rights holder, except as allowed by law.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or integrate third-party maps, videos, social networks, payment services, scheduling tools, financing services, review platforms, analytics, advertising services, or other websites and services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices.

A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement.

7. Separate Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Website. They do not replace or modify any separate written agreement governing services, purchases, repairs, warranties, financing, employment, or another relationship with us. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning the subject of that agreement, the separate agreement controls.

8. Website Availability

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

We do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ACCESS TO, USE OF, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount, if any, you paid us specifically to use the Website during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, a dispute arising solely from use of the Website will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Burleigh County, North Dakota. You and the Company consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such disputes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here with a revised Effective Date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. By continuing to use the Website after revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability; No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
